I have mixed feelings about windfarms - I know they are probably necessary, but they are popping up like weeds all over the country, ruining some of the best landscape views. The noise kills the solitude, and in those respects, I do not welcome them, but I must admit, they do have a grace and elegance of their own, and if you sit and wait long enough, a good windfarm makes a grand photo when all the blades line up the same or in a pattern! (One image here took me three hours of watching for the correct position, and they never did all line up right!)
